Liam Murphy

 Liam
has the unique combination of commercial and professional practice
experience. He has been the Financial Controller of the Bank of
Queensland Limited, and prior to that role he held the position
of Head of Internal Audit. Liam has had over 7 years external audit
experience with the international accounting firm Coopers &
Lybrand where he worked with clients from a large range of industries.
Since early 2001, Liam has overseen the successful expansion of
the Hacketts’ audit and assurance practice.
He provides growing clients with comprehensive audit services and
advice on related issues such as system selection and implementation,
risk management, internal systems and controls. Having been a senior
financial manager in the commercial sector, Liam has a unique understanding
of a client’s needs and can work effectively with internal
resources.
